At Tower 20 Clothing, each garment is thoughtfully made to order, crafted with care to meet your specific requests. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Please note the following:

• No Returns or Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including change of mind.
• Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Each piece is created specifically for you. As such, custom orders are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
• Fit Guarantee – Complimentary Alterations: We want you to love the way your garment fits. If your item doesn’t fit as expected, we are happy to offer one round of complimentary alterations. Shipping costs may apply for sending the garment back to us.

To request an alteration, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will provide instructions for the next steps.
